CSV columns: name, h_cap, gender, age, tee_color, divisions. Divisions auto-suggest from handicap & age, or set the divisions column explicitly (comma-separated, e.g. Gold,MidAm,Seniors). Valid IDs: Gold, Silver, Bronze36, Bronze18, MidAm, Seniors. Blank rows separate playing groups.
